These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Christa Kronenburg and the customer regarding the purchase and use of artworks and services provided through our website.
1. Product Care:
1.1 Paintings:
- Paintings should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.
- Handle paintings with care, especially if not framed behind glass, to avoid scratches or marks.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth if necessary, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals.
1.2 Prints:
- Prints should be protected from direct sunlight to maintain color vibrancy.
- Consider framing prints to provide added support and protection against moisture.
- Handle prints with care to prevent creasing or tearing.
2. Refunds and Returns:
2.1 Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the shipment for prompt processing.
- Refunds are available for prints and originals, subject to the return of damaged or unsatisfactory items for original artworks.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Custom Orders:
3.1 Definition:
- Custom orders include murals, personal drawings, custom-sized items, and commissioned artworks not part of our regular collection.
- Custom orders are subject to additional terms and conditions as agreed upon during the ordering process.
3.2 Payment and Refunds:
- Payments for custom orders, including deposits or down payments, are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon by both parties.
- In the event of project cancellation or non-completion, refunds may be issued based on the stage of completion and expenses incurred.
4. Intellectual Property:
- All artworks and designs remain the intellectual property of Christa Kronenburg and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
5. Liability:
- Christa Kronenburg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service provided.
6. Governing Law:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
7. Amendments:
